I require a qualified builder who is experienced in rennovation and general building work for a 1970s house 100m2. Work needs to start as soon as possible (by beginning of October at the latest). Some of the work to be completed as follows: Must haves: - base cladding around the house to be replaced - Some of the weatherboard to be replaced due to rott (vertical weatherboard at the front of the house) and to repair existing weatherboard where necessary on the other bits of the house - some window frames to be replaced - some of the internal walls to be replaced due to moisture - Post painting tbd on the outside of the house and in the inside Nice to haves: - build deck - replace kitchen cupboards - new bench top - install heat pump I have a builders report outlining what needs to be done with picutres. The must haves I need to do, the nice to haves will come later depending on how much the must haves cost.

I employed Gavin to do an external job for me on my 1970s house which ended up turning into a full on rennovation inside and out (which is a reflection of him and his teams workmanship, cost and communication) basically a genuine guy who is there to get the job done with best costs in mind. No concerns at all and would highly recommend him - so much so that i'm sure i'm just finding him extra jobs to do. I would definitely hire him again (and he hasn't even finished my job yet).
