Shaky arch Upper Hutt

I have an old arch structure attached to our garage. I recently removed a large shrub that was attached to the structure and found it is very rotten and unstable. The job is as follows: - Remove arch structure - Re-clad all of the front of double garage next to structure - Replace garage spouting / gutter - Replace pool fencing where necessary The arch structure contains some hardy plank which I suspect is made with asbestos, so some care will need to be taken to remove it.
