Alterations for new kitchen

We require a qualified builder who is experienced in renovation and general building work. The work involves extending an existing wall to cover the recess to be left by the removal of the old kitchen cabinets (Which will also need to be removed). In addition we are interesting in having the old tile ceiling removed and replaced with GIB in this room only. It's a bit of an odd job, not sure I have explained it properly.
