Looking to reclad one exterior wall of a 1970s two-storey house. Other walls are brick.

Scope includes:
Removal of existing cladding on one wall
Installation of new cladding system (open to recommendations, but looking at bevel back)
All required flashings and weatherproofing
Likely building wrap + cavity system (to meet current standards)
Recladding of 3 gables (2 house, 1 garage)

Wall has multiple openings (ranch sliders + windows), so experience with correct flashing is important.

Upstairs wall
12.6m long × 2.8m high
3 × ranch sliders (2.5m × 2.1m)

Downstairs wall
12.6m long × 2.7m high
Openings:
1 × ranch slider (1.9m × 2.1m)
1 × window (0.65m × 2.1m)
2 × windows (1.7m × 1.5m)

House (2): 12m wide × 1.3m high (centre height)
Garage (1): 5.8m wide × 1.1m high

Upper storey has a deck in front of the wall (work above deck level)
Lower storey is at ground level
Scaffold required for corner of house for Gable (2-storey section)
Portable scaffold likely suitable for rear of house gable. Have access to a portable scaffold.

Located in Silverstream region (wind exposure)

🔧 Additional notes
Prefer full compliant reclad solution (not patch repair)
Looking at Bevel Back Weatherboard but open to options.
Will be painting myself.
