Need a Licenced Builder tie down fixings or strapping for 3 piles subfloor

We are selling the house, just did a Safe and sanity inspection, it said "there are indeed 3 piles missing tie down fixings or strapping. These piles are at the end of the original 300mm x 100mm Douglas Fir timber bearers. This is a relatively easy job to rectify by a professional builder." Please let me know if you can help, a quote would be awesome!
