Replace rotten deck and rotten hardies/flooring

Hi We have a deck that has been built up against the house and has made the hardies rotten and also the flooring inside adjacent to it We are looking at selling so would like to replace the deck . Replace the rotten hardies and flooring the goes from the lounge though to the kitchen. This has made the cabinets drop a little due to the rot The deck was just a deck originally then it was converted into a double garage and that's when it went pear shaped We've been here 15 yrs and never touched it since we bought the house Hope you can have a look and advise Cheers Nick
