Timber pergola with paving slabs flooring

Hi I am wanting quotes to supply and build a 3m x 3m pergola on four corner posts set into concrete with paving slabs as a floor, with a timber edging, the height will be approx 2.6m. I also require that all soil and rubbish to be removed from site at the completion of the job.
