LBP required for roof repairs

Hi there, I am looking for a Licensed Building Practitioner to carry out structural repairs on my parents property at 11 Mays Ave, Leithfield Beach, as advised by a roofer, prior to getting new roofing iron and spouting installed. The work required includes: - Replacing purloins - Replacing soffits - Replacing rotten fascia - Re-pitching a flat roof to comply with minimum standards The job will require a professional with experience in roofing structure repairs to ensure everything is up to code and completed to a high standard.
