Disappointed with final cost as was quoted 30 hours but only took around 12 but was still charged full amount . When queried Hugo said he wasn’t in a position to discount …. Wasn’t a discount I was after it was to pay a fair price quite a difference between 12 and 30 Hours

"Unfortunate to receive a bad review in regards to cost. Price was agreed on before work began, as quote was accepted . Total hours weren’t itemised therefore justification of the labour side wasn’t broken down, you have assumed the hours taken to complete the job where as I had explained that it wasn’t solely labour in that bracket."
