The tenant's have expressed the wish to have a carport and shed for tools. The previous tenant had a cedar shed which was sold when the tenancy ended. One location is on the front of the house as the backdoor entering the laundry is often used as an entrance. The gutters on the front of the house require attention and this may be an ideal time to consider this work. As the roof is concrete tile the roof for the carport is to be "Solar-Rib Roofing New Zealand | Dimond Roofing" --- to allow for solar power with guttering for water collection (have checked with council and soakpits have been allowed it appears). The carport will need timber supports mounted in concrete as the sea air is very corrosive and prefab carports wouldn't last. The tenant also requires the area that is suitable for home handyman projects and is a concreter by trade previously. Another location is in the driveway where the previous shed was located. I would still like to have the area done at the front of the house as it could serve as a patio and being located near the lines and meter. The guttering has failed directly above where the power lines come to the house (to further complicate the matter) so this is maintenance, Healthy Homes Standard and some capital improvement. The shed is not entirely required as the tenant's partner can probably do this himself. For example "Cedar Cambridge Locker Timber Garden Shed - Garden Sheds NZ" --- /
