Convert half double plus garage to studio with bathroom

As title states. Looking to put a room and bathroom into an existing garage leaving a single garage with storage on one side. Approx 3.5m wide by 7.5m long. Cinder block garage. Want a bathroom at one end (requires plumbing) with a walk-in shower (glass patrician or glass with sliding door. The rest an open studio room with some built in shelves and a desk. Existing window and door with addition of a preferred french door. Garage has fuse box. Will need to be insulated. Looking at someone to draw up plans, sort required consents, build etc. Looking to get done as soon as possible…. Of course. Given the small space, we will want to tap into your out of the box ideas to utilise the space as best we can. For your reference, I’ve attached a floor plan (measured but probably not accurately) I’ve been playing around with to get an idea of how we might utilise the space.
