Dog run with kennel & Fencing

I have three jobs I’m looking at getting done. Depending on quote I may get all 3 completed, or just choose 1. My family are relocating to Foxton from Napier at the end of the month, and need our new property made secure for our dogs and children. The property is partially fenced, so would like a price for completing the fence and building/installing a gate. The current fence is made from framed long run iron, so happy for this to be continued. Also happy for a cheap gate solution as we may upgrade later. The second job is to put two basic gates blocking off an area along side our garage - next to the fence. This would be a make-shift dog run to keep our dogs in a secure space while we are sorting fencing. There may be a requirement for a concrete nib or flat concrete area underneath each gate to make sure dogs cannot dig out. Again, happy for this to be simple and cost effective. And the final job (which may be an option instead of job two depending on pricing) is a stand alone dog house as attached. Using materials to ensure it is safe from rain and outdoor elements. If you could please price each job separately that would be great.
