bedroom and laundry extension

I want to add a new bedroom and a laundry area onto our house. It will NOT come off the main roof but off the kitchen/dining area which has already been extended previously. That has a flat roof. Photo shows kitchen outside door area for which the bedroom will come off. There is an existing bedroom window to the right which would have to be walled off and I would need to put a skylight in that bedroom. Approximate size would be 12sqm for bedroom and small laundry. I would like it gibbed but not painted or carpeted. I am located at Himitangi Junction, 5mins north of Foxton.
