Rangehood install and ceiling hole reduction

I removed the range hood because it was out of alignment with the stove top and had not been fitted correctly by the previous owners. After removal, I discovered that the ceiling hole is too big and requires reduction. The ducting also seems to have come loose as it practically fell out of the ceiling (i’ve just shoved it back up into the ceiling hole for now)). so the ducting and vent out to the side of the house also need a look at. The ducting goes out to the left of the rangehood to the exterior side of the house. Approx 1.6m distance. Additionally, the Scotia will require replacement to ensure it butts up against the side of the Rangehood chimney. I’m taking scotia off today. Looking for someone to do this as soon as possible. Rangehood is a wall mounted style.
