Rangehood install and ceiling hole reduction

I removed the range hood because it was out of alignment with the stove top and had not been fitted correctly by the previous owners. After removal, I discovered that the ceiling hole is too big and requires reduction. The ducting also seems to have come loose as it practically fell out of the ceiling (i’ve just shoved it back up into the ceiling hole for now)). so the ducting and vent out to the side of the house also need a look at. Door replacement and probable door frame repair

This is for the back door, I am not too sure if the door frame also needs replacement but definitely we need a new door as the door itself has gaps and not locking properly. Just managed to put some draft tapes around it. Would like to go ahead with the cheapest option for door replacement but unsure how to go about this. If possible would like some help in purchasing a door as would not want to get it wrong. Will post pictures later.
