New wall/ doorway

Am after quotes to turn a lounge into a third bedroom. Rough length of wall is 3.6 metres, unable to get height measurement as house has high ceilings! 1905 miners cottage. Would like a doorway adjacent to one in picture. Have plasterboard from a previous job that I am hoping could be used with this project. Could be a little fiddly as I would like to try and save & use skirting board from other areas of the house. In photos you can see on floorboards and ceiling the line of the old wall that was there before previous owners took it out. Unsure if doorway leading to dining room would need to be looked at, possibly having to move this over slightly too? Timeline would be next 6 months minimum but this could also be worked out with chosen builder. Need to get an idea of costs and materials before making a commitment to time.
