Am looking for a few services to convert a garage that is unused currently into a basic office. In Scope * Test/Bring out electricity into the garage, Central light in ceiling, two wall power outlets. * Intention is to erect a false wall at the front of the garage internally. So the current doors, just open up to a false wall 600mm inside the garage. (Photo 3) * Gib up the interior walls and ceiling, including lining walls and ceiling with insulation (Photo 2 and 3) * Plaster up Gib sections * Reframe back wall for french doors and cut out stucco at rear to insert french doors. (Photo 1) (FYI, garage shed to be removed) I do not have the french doors yet but am looking to keep style and looking at wooden doors, can source with guidance on size or would consider buying as part of job. Out of scope: Carpeting to be completed by owner Skirting and Scotia completed by owner. Clean out of Garage to bare walls and no contents inside by owner. Painting Supplying light fixture
