The existing porch is functional but very rough. The footprint would stay the same but framework and cladding need replacing. Rough dimensions for the porch would be 2 metres wide x 1 metre deep x 2.5 high with enclosed steps leading up into it making it an enclosed L shape. It would be unlined with polycarb roofing. Currently clad in aged polycarb but alternative suggestions and enhancements would be welcomed
