Convert garage to liveable dwelling, build 10m2 timber shed and large house extension + repile. We have all building consents and some work has started on the garage conversion. We are wanting the garage conversion and 10m2 shed completed first then we'll look to start the main house extensions. We want to have this work completed as soon as possible so are looking for someone who can start relatively soon.
