Bach repairs

Repair/paint work needed in Waimarama. Need to do some repairs to 3 identical baches (empty apart from sparse furniture). Most of the work will be plastering gouges and damage to internal walls (made from constant rubbing and banging of furniture, or holes from tacks, screws and a couple of places a slightly bigger hole from a kick?) sanding and painting might need some keen colour matching skills here, repainting some of the internal walls, replacement of some skirting boards that have water / insect damage and painting them, painting some old repair work to one of the toilet ceilings, and a bit of fixing to the exterior (they're steel frame houses with that stucco look cladding) and painting. Could lead to some more full-on gib-stopping and painting work needed in the big house. References and examples of work required please. Job to be completed by end of September 2019.
