Assembling transportable homes

I am looking at buying a transportable home, in a container delivered to the site and will be needing assembling onto a subdivided site. It is a complete package with kitchens and bathrooms and decks... Obvious you will be needing exact spec. This site is still to be decided, so what i am wanting to know if there is a builder who would like this sort of work, and when they could start... as this will be in aprox 6 months when it has title.. Although we might be able to start prior...if the other sites are just wanting secondary dwellings. These are made in New Zealand, they are currently being built with est 6-8 weeks to assemble, there is a showhome to view and information from the company who are assembling them in the lower north island. You will also need indemnity insurance. This is the first one that we are looking at doing, with the intent to build more, and secondary dwellings, depending on the site. They are from 156sqm to 60sqm, There are 10 set designs, so no changing. In the Napier and Hastings area. The services will be to the house site.
