Wanting to convert existing garage in to a 2 bdrm granny flat and also build a garage with pool room/sleepout around the back of the house. Pool will go around the back of the house. Re: Photo - Red is existing, blue is room for extension and Yellow is where the new garage will go. Where the new garage is going I will also require a concrete driveway and paths. Expected cost is below $100 as I wouldn’t know the costs expected but I am wanting this completed before autumn 2020. I have a plumber already lined up just need the builders. Thank you.
