Attach steel artworks to brick wall in garden

Niggly Job! I have a concrete block wall (neighbours garage that backs onto my property on the boundary) and I have two pieces of steel artwork that I want to attach to them. The artwork isn't small ( 1m x 1m) and I want it to sit out slightly from the wall. Its not a huge job, be an hour or two work at most its just not something I know how to do. The steel has sat around for so long that its already corroded, whoops. If i manage to get to bunnings, I'll also have a retractable hose that needs attaching to the house (brick house) - so yeah. Niggly annoying jobs that I can't do myself. So if anyone needs to fill in a couple of hours in between jobs in Hamilton at some point let me know.
