Enclose deck area #2

Need to enclose deck area with either timber /aluminium or both. Floor space may be around 7-8sqm Provide some windows/fixed glass on walls. Part of the deck is covered by house roof. There are 3 enclosing options: 1. Follow the existing building wall line and provide wall extension under the beam which is already under roof cover. 2. Bring the new wall under the edge of soffit, this will be slightly bigger in size than option 1. Option 3. New wall to sit on the edge of deck, remove balustrades and extend existing roof to cover the new extended floor space. Existing walls have plaster over polystyrene. Could also be completed by using aluminium framing - conservatory. Thanks
