Preparation work for a bungalow roof replacement

Hello. We have an old bungalow that needs replacement bargeboards before the roofers come in to replace our roof and add new roof flashing. We have a small gable roof with a small extension. The bargeboards at each end of our house, plus the extension will all need to be removed and replaced. Ideally we'd like them to be fully painted in a basic white colour and weatherproofed before they go on. I am unsure about whether the facia boards need replacing as well, but I will include it here as a consideration as we are also having the spouting replaced. Our time frame is within the next 2-3 weeks (weather dependant) if possible. Thanks
