Job description
Looking for someone who can uninstall an old front door and install the new one which has arrived. We then need ceiling GIB installed and a small stair case 3 steps in the entrance.

Job was modified to give the builder time to finish and go. Changed the quote half way through after understanding the job. After pulling the front door out and me going to buy all materials, asked to renegotiate price. Asked him what he thought his hourly rate was, which was made up on the spot - so agreed to pay that till the end of the day then let him go without the job completely finished.

You were given an estimate prior to starting based on the photos supplied , which did not cover the complete scope of works . You were also given options regarding completion . Childish response and review from a used car salesman , need I say more ."
