My main living room is somewhat open plan. As you can see in the photo I'm using one half as my bedroom, so I want to add a wall directly underneath the main beam running across the ceiling. Will need to remove the fan.

It will need some degree of soundproofing as the kitchen is on the other side. And will need a door.

Best if its built reasonably easy to remove as I'll remove it when I no longer have flatmates or sell the house.
