Building New Sleepout Within Existing Garage

We are converting our existing garage to a new sleepout. Architectural design has been completed from a certified/registered designer. A couple of sitting has been done with the City Council and the design is now under the process of council approval. At this stage, I am looking for a registered builder who will be interested to do the job. Here I have attached the design for better understanding.
