Roof and ceiling repair

We have had a small leak in the roof that has damaged the ceiling. Time frame: ASAP. <1> Find/fix the leak in the roof. The roof is corrugated roofing cladding and is a single ridge line with gables on each end. The leak is expected to be found on the ridge line. <2> Remove the water damaged ceiling lining and any damaged insulation (See photo). Damaged area has a diameter of about 600mm but to access and replace the water damage it might be necessary to remove more/all of the entrance way ceiling (approx 5m²). <3> Replace the removed ceiling and insulation with new material. The new insulation should be of equal or greater r-value as the existing insulation. If the same ceiling tiles (see photo) cannot be found then modern plasterboard is acceptable. The single down light is to be kept in the same(ish) place.
