Building repairs

We have had a leak coming from the roof and it has water damaged a number of areas of the building . The house is 2 story , we are a childcare centre and old villa. Window ledges and walls damaged by water . Looking for quotes and just someone to come in and give me some advice . It needs to be fix but I need pricing for the job so I can past this onto the owner first. Really needing professional advice
