Hello, I have a almost square 1536m2 piece of land on one title which I'm wanting to develop. There's a single dwelling in one corner which will remain and approx 1100m2 bare land left over. The land has 35m of straight road frontage and has a 5m fall over it's 45m length. I'm looking for a reputable home builder experienced in building multi dwellings including duplex' in Hamilton for investment purposes. If possible I'm seeking to use existing plans for a minimum of 4 dwellings and looking for a team who has a great relationship with Council to manage the whole process including subdivision via a fixed price contract. I have neighbors consent for access to services. A surveyor has completed the topo late last year and finance is ready so I'm ready to go when you are!
