Quote for Repairs #2

My Husband and I are purchasing a house, but there is work to be done to bring things up to standard. We require a quote so that we can get the cost of the house reduced so that we can do the work once we own it. We do need the quote to be done on Monday 13th Jan in the morning, please? As time is essential under the sale and purchase agreement. For the quote there a number of areas to be looked at: Cladding: + There is a horizontal crack beside the lounge window and under the bedroom window and behind the bush on the driveway side of the house. + There is rot on a base board of the house. + The Hardie plank weather boards are in reasonable condition, however there are holes in places where plumbing pipes have been removed and not repaired. Garage: + Two glass panels missing at the rear of the garage and its frame. + Glass panel broken in side window and frame. + The side door is dented. Hallway: + A soft spot in the carpet, it sinks when stood on. Foundation plank issue. Hot water cylinder and cupboard: + There has been water damage to the floor around the hot water cylinder from a leak, the particle board flooring has swollen and would not take anymore moisture.
