Replacing roof pergola with framing for the mounting of clearlite

The existing pergola needs upgrading, however with an upcoming roof replacement I want to install clearlite on this andso the structure needs to be replaced and upgraded to the building code etc. The approx area is 10 sq metres. Painting is not required as I will be engaging a painter to undertake other painting work. I would like to get it done within the next 4 to 6 weeks if possible.
