Replace Chipboard Flooring
Job description
I have a rental in Claudelands that has chipboard flooring that needs replacing in the wet areas (bathroom, laundry and toilet). Will need the toilet removed to do it along with a free standing bathroom vanity and laundry sink. Toilet areas is 180 x 80, bathroom 100 x 150 and laundry about the same. Tenants move out 25th Sept so ideally the work to be done that week as the flooring will then be laid with lino so that I can get new tenants in. I'd like a quote to replace just the affected areas, which may not need the removal of the vanity or sink and also to replace the whole area. Please note that I don't expect the bath to be removed though. I can give my agents details to let you in to complete a quote. Ideally I'd like to make a decision by the end of the week.

Master was fantastic on our job that was not only continuously changing but was being organised from overseas. We started with what we thought was a simple floor replacement in 3 small areas to a complete bathroom renovation. Master was flexible throughout even though he had another job lined up & promised to finish the project. He kept in touch with photos and updates throughout, was fair in his quote and above all was honest in his dealings with us, which we thoroughly appreciated
