Spruce up of old office

I need one internal (non structural) wall removed, one door relocated. Also an area of about 80m having the walls prepped (to a garage type of standard) and painted and windows covering 2 walls having frames scraped back, painted and seals siliconed. Space is not occupied, looking for work to be done asap. No electrical or plumbing. Will be followed by another tradie removing carpet and installing vinyl and coving. Could lead to more jobs
