Shipping container conversion

Hi there, I'm looking for someone to help modify a shipping container: 20ft shipping container modified. Fully plumbed and wired florescent lights inside Large wood or steal bench running along the back of the container with a sink. single access solid door large bifold aluminium and glass door along one long side. Will pay for the labor and everything that will go into the container - lights, bench etc. I don't mind second hand equipment to give it a rustic/retro type look. Kind Regards, Kara
