Beam / Brace wall and install new windows

We are looking to remove a wall between two rooms (wall behind couch in photo). We are able to do the demolition work ourselves but would like a builder to put in a beam to brace the wall/roof once the wall is out. We are also looking to install new windows (no windows currently in the position they would be located), so would need a quote to install these and possibly frame new window on the outisde of house to match existing windows.
