Exterior Wall Cladding Repair -Timber & Decromastic

Most of the house has been re-clad in the Decormastic sheeting. This all appears in reasonable condition. The areas where the timber shiplap weatherboards are installed requires repair. There are rotten areas in these sections where the timber has degraded and will be allowing water to enter the side of the building. The remaining areas require re-painting and repair where there is water damage. We need a check and quote for repair to make sure the house is watertight.
