Repair water damaged wall

High moisture reading detected on building inspection below lounge window. Currently selling house and required to have cladding specialist in to identify source of leak and repair. On removal of the internal gib from the wall there is water damage to the base plate and some studs. Need urgent repair ASAP to ensure sale goes through.
