Temporary Office Wall

We need a temporary wall up on our mezzanine floor to prevent sound from traveling over the balcony to the area below. The wall would need to be about 5m long. On the left side, it needs to be about 2m high and then on an angle up to about 3.5m high on the right side. Unfortunately, we need this done by February. I had been contacting builder last year but no reply so hopefully it's not too late. Also to prevent needing scaffolding we are happy to have the wall 0.5m-1m in from the handrail so builders can construct the back of the wall.
