Remove existing plasterboards - mixture of old fibre board and gib
Remove Ceiling Gib - currently coated in popcorn textured coating - not asbestos (have tested previously)
Remove existing skirting boards and architraves
Remove built in wardrobe
Dispose of all the above.

Re line room
Add insulation
New Gib, Plaster, skirting, etc and paint finish the bedroom.
Add 1 PowerPoint - Reposition existing.

Room Approx. 4x 3.5m to confirm
Ceiling 2.7m High

Looking for a price at this stage - could look at additional work
Another room - same treatment.
