The cladding of our house had been stained black and as a result is starting to crack and warp in the sun. if we leave it much longer it will eventually start to let water in. We previously got a quote for around 30k to replace all exterior cladding with these axon panels. --- --- Because the windows are proud the plan is to just place these panels over the top of the existing cladding. Alternatively I've noticed that when it rains for a while or is humid the weatherboards pretty much completely warp back into place. This made me think that maybe painting the weatherboards with moisture locking paint after letting them soak in some water and return to their orginal shape could be a solution? But I'm totally unqualified to make any such guesses. Anyway I'm just wanting to replace the one wall that gets hit with the most sun and is in the worst condition with these axon panels. The house is very tall but this would be the driveway side so scaff should be pretty easy to set up. Cheers, Johny
