Woolshed Upgrade

Project Overview
We are looking for skilled builders to undertake a complete upgrade of our existing woolshed. The structure is a beautiful American-style woolshed that requires renovations to ensure durability and functionality while retaining its aesthetic charm. This project involves reframing, reflooring, and reroofing, along with the installation of new guttering. We also wish to incorporate windows and doors (which will be supplied) into the design.

Scope of Work
1. Reframing
Assess the current structural framing. Reframe as necessary to ensure the woolshed meets safety and durability. May require additional footings for structural integrity.

2. Reflooring
Remove and replace the existing flooring. Install a sturdy and durable floor suitable for woolshed use.

3. Reroofing
Remove and replace the current roof with appropriate materials. Ensure the roof is weatherproof and capable of withstanding local weather conditions.

4. Guttering
Install a complete guttering system to manage rainwater effectively. Ensure proper drainage to protect the woolshed’s foundation and surroundings.

5. Windows and Doors
Install new windows and doors in pre-determined locations. Ensure they are securely fitted and watertight.
