Bathroom re-flooring

We have an older bathroom which needs the existing T&G floor removed, a new particle board floor installed after levelling of the joists. Then re-install the bath, line two walls with waterproof wallboard, install a replacement bathroom cabinet as well as replacing a bi-fold door into the room with a single standard door. There is also some small areas of Gib repair and plastering.
