Home reno (accommodation incl. if from out of town*)

we would like to add the follow to the ground floor of our 2 storey 1980's house: to have approx. 5 bedrooms (including a guest suite), a toy room, office, new kitchen, new laundry, lounge extension, a garage extension and make some changes to the front entrance. We would also possibly like to redo the windows throughout as well. We are in Greymouth but if there is tradies interested outside of Greymouth we may be able to provide accommodation.
