We're looking for a LBP to extend our house by 29sqm. Plans have been drawn and approved by local council. The house is sitting on piles, windows and doors have been ordered and are waiting to be shipped from Auckland as soon as they enter Level 3. Gibbing, plastering and painting will be done by us as far as possible.
