Garage extension

We wish to build onto our existing wooden garage an extension to make our existing double garage longer and extend the space for a workshop, the roof should be a gable roof to suit existing roof or can be a flat roof, we may want to add a mezzanine floor if cost allows. Existing garage north wall is on section boundary and will need a fire wall (Block or timber) we wish to use existing windows from wall to be demolished for extension ground works for concrete slab and storm water will be required.
