Dining room wall modifications and two walk in cupboards

We are moving our kitchen to the dining room which currently has the linen cupboard from the hall protruding into the dining room - this needs to be removed. Two walk in cupboards need to be built in the hallway behind. One for linen, the other as a pantry. There are also 3 openings that need to be closed up - 1 is a decorative opening into the hallway, 1 is a window sized opening into the lounge and 1 is the doorway into the hall. A new doorway will need to be added into the new walk in pantry. Two of the walls in the dining room (soon to be kitchen) have rimu panelling. This needs to be removed and replaced with plasterboard.
