Convert American barn to minor dwelling

We are looking at converting a portion of our kiwished American barn into a minor dwellingfor mum and dad. (consented as farm building 2010). Drainlaying, electrical and gas works existing and complying. The barn already has a bathroom consented and 2 rooms not currently shown on approved plans and would like to extend from there. Total size 9 x 12m first 3.5m x 12m section already converted, remainder to be utilized for home occupation and garage. Looking for someone to assist with building costs and building work. Commence January 2022. Photos attached of barn and existing work already completed.
