Extra room/study

Good day Looking at converting a portion of the living area into a study or small room. Length is approx 2.5m, and 2 m wide. Would like a builder the put up a wall along the living room side, and the against the kitchen. Also to jib and install a door (door TBC if a double sliding door or a single door). If you can plaster as well that would be a bonus. See attached photo to give a quick idea
